CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to appointment time, or full service price will be charged. No call/no shows will be charged the full service price that was booked. You will not be able to book another appointment until the fee has been paid. LATE POLICY - There is a 10 minute grace period for all clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee added to your service for the loss of time. After the 10 minute grace period, the appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee only OR service may be compromised and any extra nail art will have to be removed or skipped due to timing.
